• You may initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Items must be returned in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.

 

*Please note, that if the item has been worn, washed or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene and wear and tear. 

 

Initiating And Completing A Return: 

• Contact us to notify us of your intent to return your items with your Full name, Order ID number, and the details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why.
• You will then be provided with a return address and details necessary to complete your return.

New purchases can be expected to ship from our facility 5-10 business days after purchase is made.
